Resident Directory:
• Barcode scanning and card swiping to retrieve records
• Search by location or resident details
• View detailed resident information based on user permission
• Manage resident notes
• Update resident photos

Fast Check-In/Out:
• Check a resident in or out via swipe of ID card or by scanning a barcode with the built-in camera
• Decrease the time it takes to check in a resident at the beginning of the year or check out a resident at the end of the year
• Also supports magnetic cards with an attached swipe card reader

Room Maintenance:
• Categorize work orders by maintenance technician, work order category, or location
• View details of the work orders
• Update and edit work order details on the go
• Create new work orders

Inventory Inspections:
• Categorize Inspection jobs by location and jobs assigned to the current user
• Group Inspection jobs by Inspection run
• Order Inspection jobs by date created, inspection status and location
• Quickly access an Inspection job by scanning an Inventory item associated to that Inspection job
• View detailed Inspection job information
• Update and edit Inspection job details on the go
• Take notes and photos of Inventory items
